In Cause No. 2013-70201-431, Plaintiff was involved in a devastating automobile accident with a City of Sanger fire truck and sued the City for recklessness in causing the accident.
Through depositions and expert testimony, Lisa Hull demonstrated, legally and factually, the City’s entitlement to the 9-1-1 emergency services exception as well as the emergency call exception. As a result, the 431st Judicial District Court granted the plea to the jurisdiction and dismissed the lawsuit against the City.
